Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a superb location for exploring Capri and the port view. However, the room was a bit small for our luggage, and the service came off as a tad pretentious at times.
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Naples, with easy access to the port and waterfront. The rooms are comfortable but slightly over designed. The service is welcoming and professional. The dining experience can be hit or miss. Overall, a handy choice but with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a great view of the harbour and Bay of Naples, and they were very comfortable, but unfortunately, the temperature control was not adjustable. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for exploring Sorrento and Capri, but it had an unsafe feel and was quite dirty in some areas. The dining experience was nice overall, with Mt Vesuvius views, although food options were limited.
I was mesmerized by the simply stunning views from the wellness suite, which exceeded all my expectations. The area might be a bit downbeat, and the design could be toned down a bit, but the overall experience was fantastic.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its excellent view of Mount Vesuvius and over the bay. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a great sight worth the extra cost. However, there were too many electronic devices in the room, which might be overwhelming for some. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location, while convenient for ferry trips, could be less pleasant if not using the ferry. The dining experience was decent but overpriced for what was offered. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were perfect with more than enough space for the four of us, very roomy with nice decor. Situated at the back of the hotel, my room had a view overlooking a disused building and a massive metal tower, which I assumed was some form of communication pole. The location was good for traveling from the islands near Naples and had a clear view of Vesuvius with the ferry port in front of the hotel. The dining experience was really good, with fine views of Vesuvius and generous, delicious food. The service was friendly and attentive, though I had to wait a bit. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor downsides.
The hotel room was not as expected based on the website pictures when booking the wellness suite. Although the bath and showers were open, the decor was nice but lacked a sense of luxury. The room was small but well-equipped and comfortable, offering a great view of the harbor and Bay of Naples.
